REAL Finance’s $ASSET clears MiCA whitepaper disclosure

Real Technologies Inc., issuer of $ASSET, the native token of the REAL Finance network, said its MiCA whitepaper has been listed in the European Securities and Markets Authority’s (ESMA) Interim MiCA Register.

The notification was filed under Title II of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), Regulation (EU) 2023/1114.

According to Real Technologies, the filing provides a standardized disclosure reference for $ASSET across the European Economic Area (EEA), allowing exchanges and institutions to review the token’s information under a common regulatory framework.

“Being listed in ESMA’s Interim MiCA Register gives institutions and exchanges a single, transparent reference for evaluating $ASSET instead of thirty separate national processes. It’s a foundational step for how we want to operate in Europe,” said Ivo Grigorov, CEO of REAL Finance.

The disclosure follows $ASSET’s recent listing on Kraken EU and adds to its availability on Kraken, KuCoin, and MEXC since April 2026.

While the Kraken EU listing expanded the token’s market access in Europe, the MiCA notification adds a regulatory disclosure component to its availability in the region.

REAL Finance is positioning $ASSET within Europe’s broader development of tokenized real-world financial assets.

The company has said it aims to tokenize more than €3.5 billion in assets through its European ecosystem, working with regulated partners including Austria’s Wiener Privatbank on custody and asset structuring.

Real Technologies Inc. said publication of the MiCA whitepaper does not constitute approval or endorsement by any European Union authority.

The company added that individual trading platforms retain sole discretion over their listing decisions.

The full $ASSET MiCA whitepaper is available on the REAL Finance website.
